Pantel Technologies has launched a new budget tablet in India. The device boasts of 3G capabilities and an 8-inch display. Pantel has tied up with BSNL who will provide the 3G data plans for the Penta T-Pad WS802C tablet. The device comes pre-bundled with a 2GB 3G data plan valid for a period of 60 days.
