Google Talk chat service suffers an outage

Google's popular chat-messaging service Google Talk has suffered a massive outage. A number of users have reported about not being able to see their contacts in the chat list. According to reports, even if you are able to see the contacts online in the chat list, message is not being sent. Google, meanwhile, has confirmed the outage.
