ViewSonic has announced the launch of its dual-SIM Android-based smartphone, ViewPhone 3, in India. Priced at Rs. 9,990, the ViewPhone 3 runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and is powered by an 800 MHz Qualcomm processor. The ViewPhone 3, was unveiled at the CES 2012 event earlier this year along with ViewPad 10pi and 10e tablets.
