 | iPad 4 Unboxing & Hands On! It feels like we just unboxed a new 9.7-inch iPad, and indeed we did just this past March. Very few people suspected that there would be another new one a mere seven months later, but behold, the fourth generation iPad had indeed arrived. While it is unusual for Apple to break from its yearly upgrade cycle on iOS devices, the number of tablets released since the New iPad this past spring almost made it a necessity.
