Samsung Galaxy Note II Unboxing & Hands On (AT&T) Samsung's Galaxy Note II is easily one of the best devices — Android or otherwise — available on the market. It's fast, extremely powerful, and runs the latest (well, Android 4.2 is now the latest) version of Google's mobile OS — all ingredients, coupled with some of Samsung's signature touches, that combine to make a flagship handset. The only thing about the international version we reviewed, however, was the fact that it lacked LTE. But now we have the AT&T version in our possession, which runs on a super fast LTE network.
